Andy and Craig are professional landlords with a combined 35 years experience in property investment and development. They view between 15 – 40 properties per week and know exactly what they are looking for. They know the Brighton and Hove property better than anyone. Which streets are best for student HMO, in and out of the Article 4 area, which are best for flips, developments or conversions. Most importantly they know where not to invest as well. They also have excellent working relationships with all the residential and commercial agents.

Almost all developments now are with repeat investors and almost all new clients are by referral.

Service costs

All meetings and consultations are free, always, also there are no upfront costs. There are two charges for their service.

Firstly there is a fee for finding, scoping (outlining the best use of the property to maximise return) andnegotiation. This fee is £5000 + VAT, payable on purchase completion.

Secondly, if appropriate, there is a success fee. This fee is for project management and coordination of all activities to include everything from initial architects drawings to decoration and furnishing, to ensure your project is finished to cost, time and quality. This is charged at 20% + VAT of property uplift less costs, after 6 months.
