This week, the team here at LEOcrowdfunding sat down with Tina Wenham from Target Five and discussing everything about the recent pay out for West Buildings, Worthing and what potential projects TargetFive have coming up in 2022.

Tina, a Director of Target Five, has over 20 years of experience in property. She has worked on over 2000 transactions, including land sales with national PLC developers, as well as being responsible for bringing two successful raises to the platform, one of which has now paid out.
