Following consultation with our trusted planning advisors @whaleback.ltd, we have adapted our plans and we now await determination on a 7 bed, 5 en-suites and 2 off-suite, holiday let. This is the ideal plan for this property as it’s loacation is so central! close to all that Brighton famously has to offer including the Lanes and seafront.
Brighton & Hove Council are not the quickest and this has delayed us slightly, thankfully we had a good headstart on the rip out.
Here’s where we are so far:
-Steels are in on the top floor
-The chimneys are out to the ground floor
-Stud partitions are formed for the bedrooms and bathrooms on the first and second floor
-The concrete stairs have been removed
-We have already secured a tenant for our commercial unit
