This year we have converted 3 banks, 2 offices, 12 shops and more ancillary space than we thought existed. And this is us getting ready for next year – the BIG year.⠀

So what are we learning? We are learning that regulations are changing and tightening all the time. We have been caught out on occasion but we have learned every time we have. These are some of the problems, but mostly we are learning that it WORKS. For everyone. We are repurposing property either not in use at all or completely inappropriate for the current market into stuff that is completely appropriate and the feedback has been great!⠀
