GETTING RESULTS FROM D2V

If, like many you are frustrated that the on market deals are being hoovered up or going to others first then you should look seriously at D2V. If you want to be successful in D2V campaigns you need to do the following.

-Clearly work out your own strategy and niche Use a good software tool to target the owners NOT the address. I use Land Insight, though I know Nimbus or others are good.

Get you templates right – good English. Professional, not boring or overly wordy. Communicate clearly what you want.

Write more than one letter and stick to your planned timelines. We do initial, 8 week and 16 week letters, with response rate highest at the 8 week letter.

– Nurture responses – do not ignore them. Have phones manned and emails responded to.

– Do what you say you are going to do.
