Meet the Team
Andy is an ex-Army Officer (Capt.) who specialised in bomb disposal and high-risk search. With an MSc in Risk Management, he takes a risk-focused and analytic approach to property. He is a professional landlord with a portfolio worth over £7M. Having overseen more than 350 property developments over 18 years, Andy’s current key focus, both with T5 and personally, is on high-yield investments and land development.
Tina has over 20 years’ experience in property. She has worked on over 2000 transactions, including land sales with national PLC developers. As well as holding a Diploma in Residential Estate Agency, in 2018 Tina was elected President of the Brighton & Hove Estate Agents Association. To T5, Tina brings unrivalled market knowledge to the research, analysis and commercialisation of individual opportunities.
Tim is a former estate agent turned project manager, contracting builder and carpenter with more than 70 property developments under his belt. From design inception to final snagging and certification, Tim takes a meticulous end-to-end approach to project management, and his trade and industry experience helps him coordinate stakeholders and reach the desired outcome.
Arthur is a driven individual with an eye for numbers and detail, and with a computer science qualification that makes him well suited to his role as a property analyst. Meticulous and methodical, Arthur ensures that no stone goes unturned in our search for the best investment opportunities for our clients, and he continues to build upon his knowledge and understanding of the property industry.
BPM Architectural Services
BPM provides us with architectural design and project management services. Since its formation in 2001, the team has completed over 2300 domestic and commercial projects, including alterations (extension and conversions), HMO conversions, and new-build flats and houses. BPM takes a hands-on, team-focused approach to everything it does, from feasibility studies and detailed building regulation drawings to production information and contract administration to ensure every project is a success.
Connor is a talented, fully qualified Architectural Technologist with a strong history of working in the construction industry, having submitted and handled over 300 planning and building regulations applications. He is very experienced at working on small to medium-sized projects, from residential alterations and extensions to multiple-storey, mixed-use developments. Connor has a thorough understanding of local planning policies and building regulations requirements and has excellent working relationships with local? Building Control and Planning Officers.
Alex has worked as an Architectural Designer/Technologist for over six years. This experience, combined with his BSc in Architectural Technology, makes him a valuable member of the team. He has hundreds of projects to his name and can turn his hand to any part of the design process, from initial concept to site-ready technical working drawings. And when it comes to producing designs that meet the brief as well as local and national planning regulations, you can count on Alex.
James brings a vast amount of expertise to the BPM team. He has been immersed in the industry since leaving school, first working at an architect's practice while studying to become a technologist at college and university. With over nine years of industry experience under his belt when he qualified, he launched his own practice in 2001. There, he used his knowledge of the residential, hospitality and commercial sectors, as well as his experience of personal construction and development projects, to build the firm's client base and reputation. James still leads BPM, helping ensure the team delivers successful end-to-end projects.
Whaleback helps us with town planning and design services. The company has over 50 years of combined experience in this field and is experienced in everything from strategic land promotion to District Local Plans and Neighbourhood Plans. They have an excellent relationship with Lewes District Council and the South Downs National Park where two of the Directors previously worked. They are active in Lewes and surrounding districts.
Gareth is a Chartered Town Planner with over 10 years' professional planning experience. He has worked for local planning authorities and private consultancies across the southeast and is qualified in urban, town and country planning. He has expertise in planning policy, housing land supply, strategic promotion, Community Infrastructure Levy, and project management for complex applications.
Richard works to promote high-quality architecture and design through the planning process. Qualified in Architecture (BA) and Architectural History (MA), he has focused on delivering improvements to the built and natural environments. He has previously held positions at The Prince's Foundation for Building Community, traditional architecture practices, and as a built environment design consultant for Chichester District Council and the South Downs National Park Authority.
