INTRODUCING OUR NEW CO2 SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT – NEWLAND STREET

We are excited to share with you our new project details and CGI’s, now they are ready to go off to planning.⠀

The current commercial property has been used for a number of years as a storage facility. Our plan is to demolish the existing building and develop a new build, 6 bed, 6 bath house. We will be working with Olive Modular to develop this property and will be using a Cross Laminated Timber (CLT), Modular Construction. This is a first for T5! by using these designs and building methods we will be delivering low carbon results with high quality standards compared to traditional methods of constructing developments re: the use of cement and how this impacts CO2.⠀
