For the past 12 months we have had unprecedented turbulence but one filled with opportunity. A fundamental overhaul of the planning process has been a key factor for this alongside Boris’s chant of ‘Build, Build, Build’, we have certainly not missed out on these opportunities, in fact we have been focussing more heavily on commercial conversions and development for some time and we have always kept a close eye on PD opportunities, Covid and the latest changes have only accelerated this.
We have been doing a lot of Class M – conversion of retail and ground level, mostly rear to protect the parade, but also Class G, 2 flats above. Here are a few of our recent mixed use developments and the all important figures!
