We have recently had reason to pivot with a couple of planning applications. In both cases we actually reverted to our original plan. We also have some other applications where we have had to rethink options and adjust the plan. Is this a failure – no! In no case was this a surprise, and even if it was you cannot change the situation you have to make the best of it.⠀
