How do we locate properties?

  • Research – we research upwards of 200 plus properties plus per week via our network of property experts, our criteria include: location, yield, HMO Article 4/planning restraints and rentability.
  • Daily Contact – with Estate Agents, Property Developers/Investors, Professional Landlords, daily searching on the web and contacts we have developed over the years.
  • Negotiation – We will view in excess of 20+ properties per week. once a property is identified as a potential investment T5 will negotiate the price with the vendor, or via the agent, until we achieve a purchase price which makes the investment work well.
