Many of the properties that we source have historically been with the intention of creating an HMO property/rental therefore requiring refurbishment works to create additional living accommodation, whether it be an extension or a loft conversion. However, we have also developed commercial units, converted singular dwellings into multiple flats as well as new build developments.
Visits are made to the property with the Project Manager and Building Contractor to agree the specification. It is important that you our client has complete authority over the works, it is your property investment and anything you would like to change or add to the specification will be agreed with the contractor, our job is to advise on the budget and quality of finish through our branding package to maximise rental yield.
T5 will liaise with the project Manager and Building Contractor ensuring the works are completed as quickly as possible; when the works are complete, we view the property again and if clients like to visit their property at this stage this is arranged.
We have completed nearly 300 property developments in 6 years, with a consistent pipeline of 30-60 properties in conveyancing for development.
