Covid 19 Secure

We would like to take this opportunity to update you, following the positive news from the Government on the reopening of the offices of property industry, we are delighted to announce our office will be open for staff to return on Monday 18th May 2020.

Whilst we have not been  ‘closed’ during this unprecedented time we are pleased to be returning to some form of normal and to be returning to our offices. We have been working hard behind closed doors these past 8 weeks to ensure we are ready to take advantage on your behalf of new opportunities and have implemented new strategies reviewed and refined the existing ones and would welcome the opportunity to chat to you all about these plans.

We have, in line with the governments health and safety guidance, considered carefully all risks that are presented to us by re opening and have implemented a detailed policy and guidance for our colleagues, clients and construction teams  to ensure we minimise the risk of spreading the virus.

Below are the relevant points for our clients consideration;

  • Attending our office – we love it when our clients pop in with cakes and coffee’s to say hi, however for now all office visits will need to be by pre appointment and we ask that the necessity of the visit is considered carefully.
  • Meetings – We are keen to catch up with all of our clients but do ask that we continue, for now to be mindful of social distancing guidance when we do so. We will therefore happily meet on a 1-2-1 basis in open spaces, or over video conference.
  • Viewing property – We will continue to search for appropriate properties for investment on your behalf, however we will be completing an assessment of the risk presented in visiting before arranging viewings on our clients behalf. Each case will be assessed on an individual basis.
  • Visiting construction sites – Our sites will be fulling up and running again very soon, and we are working with our sub-contractors to ensure their safety. We ask that all site visits be by prior appointment and in line with social distancing guidance. We will have masks, gloves and hand sanitiser available for use during these visits.

We all need to continue to be vigilant and mindful of the government guidance while still ensuring we continue to press forward with positivity and grab the opportunity to maximise on any potential investment that we come across.
