Joel currently works in the financial information industry but has his own property portfolio (2 large student HMO’s and x2 apartments in London), which he continues to expand to create passive income for his retirement.
T5 acquired Montefiore Road in Hove and presented it to Joel, it was a quick yes as the property was bought pre-auction and had to exchange within 6 days! This project is different to his current portfolio as Joel wanted to attract the young professional sharers market, which is a speciality of T5. The property has been designed throughout with this end user in mind, taking onboard Joel’s initial thoughts on the how the interior should look and feel.
